Typically, it takes 3 to 4 years to complete an international bachelor’s program. However, with the APEL.Q process, candidates with 10 years or more of work experience can apply to convert their experience into a Bachelor’s degree within 09 months.
The APEL.Q assessment criteria for the BBA with Honours program are published and recognized by the UK government and the University of Liberation Paris – Université Libérale de Paris (Paris-U). After completing the APEL.Q process from the London Academy of Sciences, students will be awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA with Honours) in one of the Majors offered by Paris-U, with savings of up to 95% compared to the full-time program at Paris-U in Europe.
What is APEL.Q?
APEL.Q – Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning for Qualifications is a Recognition of Prior Learning (APEL) process for qualifications (Q – Qualification) through the assessment and evaluation of the learning process (formal, informal, non-formal) and work experience. APEL.Q is widely implemented in Europe, and recently, in Asia, some countries have recognized APEL.Q as a formal process, nationally accredited, and prioritized for development as an effective policy serving open education, labour mobility, and lifelong learning.
APEL.Q allows individuals with professional expertise and work experience but without academic degrees to convert their experience into qualifications. APEL.Q is considered a rigorous, transparent, fair, accurate, and cost-effective process.
With traditional training programs, degree conferral is based on the competencies acquired through the training program. APEL.Q employs a reverse process compared to traditional education, using competencies defined by the government for each position and level to assess, recognize, and award qualifications. Degrees will be granted by occupational associations and/or universities if those entities acknowledge the assessment process.
