Level 7 Diploma in
Education Management and Leadership

Entry Requirements:

• Holding a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience;
• Or, holding a College Diploma with 7 years of experience;
• Or, holding a Vocational/Intermediate Diploma with 10 years of experience;
• Meeting the English language proficiency requirement.

The APEL.Q application follows the standard academic admission process.

Candidates are provided with review materials and detailed instructions for undertaking the competency assessments.

The competency assessments correspond to the exercises of 6 subjects including:

1. Contemporary Issues in Education: Theory, Policy and Practice (T/617/4998)
2. The Management of Educational Change (A/617/4999)
3. Managing Effective Intercultural Communication and Perspectives (D/617/5000)
4. Pedagogy and Practice in Education (H/617/5001)
5. Leading Reflective Practice in Education (K/617/5002)
6. Research Methods in Education (M/617/5003)

Each completed assignment will undergo an internal assessment. In case of failure, feedback and instructions will be provided for resubmission.

*Candidates are allowed one free retake if they do not pass.

Once all assessments have passed the internal assessment process, the entire body of work is passed to the Ofqual UK.Gov Awarding Bodies for independent assessment.

In case of failure, the candidate is instructed to retake.
